AI-generated adult content exploded overnight. Hundreds of platforms launched in the span of a couple of years, each promising the most realistic images, the most responsive AI companions, the most uncensored experience. Most of them overpromise and underdeliver. Some are outright scams.

AdultReview exists to cut through that noise.

We’re a team of adult tech reviewers, AI enthusiasts, and long-time followers of the generative AI space who started documenting our experiences with these platforms before most people knew they existed. What began as internal notes became the foundation of this site – a reference we wished had been there when we started.

What We Cover

How We Review

Every platform reviewed on AdultReview is tested through a real account – free tier first, paid subscription where a meaningful portion of the platform is paywalled. We run standardised prompt sets across image generators to compare output quality consistently, and we spend meaningful time with companion and chatbot platforms before drawing conclusions about depth and consistency.

Our review framework covers:

• Output quality – image resolution, realism, anatomical consistency, and visual fidelity for image generators; video quality and motion coherence for video tools
• Prompt adherence – how accurately the platform interprets and executes instructions
• Content range – variety of styles, body types, scenarios, and customisation depth available

• Pricing and value – free tier limitations, subscription tiers, token systems, and whether paid access is worth the cost
• Platform usability – interface design, ease of navigation, search and filtering capability
• Privacy and data handling – account requirements, data retention policies, payment discretion, and cancellation process
• Character consistency – for companion and chatbot platforms, how well the AI maintains personality, context, and continuity across sessions

Reviews are updated when platforms make significant changes. We flag outdated content and prioritise re-reviews when pricing, features, or quality shifts substantially.

Who We Are

We’re a small independent editorial team with backgrounds spanning AI development, adult entertainment criticism, and consumer technology journalism. We don’t disclose individual identities – standard practice in adult content publishing – but every review is written by a real person who has spent real time with the platform in question.

We are not AI-generated content. The irony of an AI porn review site using AI to write its reviews is not lost on us – we don’t do it.

Independence & Transparency

We use affiliate links. When you click through to a platform and sign up, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate revenue funds the site and keeps reviews free to access. It does not determine our scores, our conclusions, or which platforms make our recommended lists.

We do not accept paid reviews or sponsored scores. Platforms cannot pay to appear in best-of lists they don’t belong on, improve their rating, or have critical coverage removed or softened.

We disclose commercial relationships. Where we have a formal affiliate or promotional arrangement with a platform, this is stated in the review.

We correct errors. If a platform has changed its pricing, launched new features, or resolved issues we flagged – contact us. We investigate and update.

Our Position on Ethical AI Adult Content

We take the ethics of AI-generated content seriously, and we think the industry should too.

In our reviews, we note whether platforms have clear terms of service around prohibited content, whether they implement meaningful safeguards against the generation of non-consensual material or content involving minors, and whether their data retention and privacy practices respect users.

Our baseline standards for platforms we review:

• No content involving minors, in any form. Platforms that permit, facilitate, or fail to prevent the generation of such content are not reviewed here and will not be.
• No non-consensual deepfake facilitation. Platforms that are explicitly designed to generate realistic non-consensual imagery of real, identifiable individuals are not featured on this site.
• Transparent data practices. We flag platforms with poor or opaque data retention policies as a material consideration in our scoring.

We are not here to police adult content. We are here to help adults find platforms that work – and to hold those platforms to a standard that keeps the space credible.
